Please note these lens caps are not compatible with Helion 2 XQ50F and Helion 2 XP50 Pro models. The lens caps fitted to these models are secured by a locking ring and can only be replaced by returning the device to your local Pulsar distributor.

Any orders placed after 10:00AM on 24th December 2024 will be dispatched when we return from our Christmas break on 2nd January 2025 at 8:00AM.

If your order contains "pre-order" or "available to backorder" items we will ship your complete order once all items become available unless notified otherwise.

Customs and duty may be payable on orders shipped from us in the UK to European & International destinations depending on order value and contents, any fees will be calculated upon import to your country by the courier.

Thermal imaging and night vision products are strictly controlled by ITAR regulations and are subject to UK Government Export Licensing Regulations. Dependent on specification, a licence may need to be obtained prior to the export, even temporarily (e.g. holiday), from the UK.
Additionally, some countries may be embargoed, and no thermal imagers or night vision devices can be taken or exported to them. It is the responsibility of the exporter, whether it be a company or individual, to ensure that such a licence is obtained.
