The Wild & Moor office will be closed from Tuesday 24th December 2024 until Thursday 2nd January 2025.
Any orders placed after 10:00AM on 24th December 2024 will be dispatched when we return from our Christmas break on 2nd January 2025 at 8:00AM.

*All orders are shipped to arrive in time for Christmas in line with the timescales provided by our courier(s) - please note that this is not a guaranteed service during the busy Christmas period so we recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Order by 3pm for same working day dispatch on in stock items, orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday).

During UK public bank holidays the Wild & Moor office and warehouse is closed, orders placed on a UK public bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday).
Please do check that the item is not marked as "out of stock", "custom-made to order", "pre-order" or "available to backorder" if you are expecting your item to be dispatched on the same working day that you placed your order.
If your order contains "pre-order" or "available to backorder" items we will ship your complete order once all items become available unless notified otherwise.
