The Rannoch lightweight and quiet hunting jacket is one of the most technical jackets that Hoggs of Fife has ever created and competes with jackets 3x its price. Designed for hardcore fieldsport enthusiasts, it has been engineered to perform during long days out in the field, whatever the weather.
Freedom to move
Cut to sit just below the waist, the quiet Rannoch jacket has been styled to look good and, more importantly, to work with you and not against you. Freedom-of-movement is key with any technical fieldsports jacket. The Rannoch gives you this in abundance, with its structured shoulders and elbows, and low waist cut to prevent obstruction when twisting.
Designed for hunting
The suede-like fabric used in the Rannoch is quiet, lightweight, waterproof, windproof and breathable. You can move without creating unnatural sounds and be confident that it'll keep you dry. The fabric construction works as a 2-layer system, with the outer material being a breathable, water-repellent membrane and the inner layer working to wick-away moisture.
There are 4x outer pockets - 2x chest and 2x fleece lined hand warming pockets - as well as a secure internal pocket and phone pouch. A neat little feature of the Rannoch is being able to secure the hood's under-chin straps, so they don't flap around in the wind when the hood isn't in use.
An all-weather jacket
Whether you're out in fair-weather, wind or rain, the Rannoch will serve you well with its waterproof, windproof and breathable qualities. Should you work-up a sweat stalking on the hills, there are waterproof zip vents under each armpit to ventilate the jacket.
The hood is fully adjustable to achieve a secure fit and is removable. The straps for the hood's chin guard can be secured and hidden when not in use. The collar isn't too high and sits neatly under the chin and jaw-line, which means you can shoot without the collar interfering with your rifle stock or shotgun butt.

All orders are dispatched via tracked delivery methods by DPD or Royal Mail, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification email which includes tracking details for your order. When the courier receives your order you may receive a notification email or text with additional tracking details and redelivery options.

Orders to European and International destinations are calculated at 0% VAT, the prices displayed on our website are set to adjust accordingly based on the country that you are shopping from (for example if you're shopping from Ireland prices will display at 0% VAT which is the price you'll pay at checkout).
Customs and duty may be payable upon import depending on order value and contents, any fees will be calculated upon import to your country by the courier(s) who will notify you via email or text if payment is required.
Important Information
Please do check that the item is marked as "in stock" if you are expecting your item to be dispatched on the same working day that you placed your order. If your order contains "custom-made to order", "fast-delivery ships in x working days" or "pre-order" items we will ship your complete order once all items become available unless notified otherwise.
